TRANSITIONAL LIFE COACH

 Thomas Smith, background and experience in the area of criminal justice and social behavior. I had the opportunity to serve in various settings and leadership roles in both the Federal Bureau of Prisons and the State Parole Commission. Areas of expertise and opportunity include skills related to hostage negotiations, institutional administrative coverage, program quality inspection and compliance, healthcare offerings/medical unit oversight, inmate/parolee education and workshop training program, and individual/small group coaching and counseling. In the early months of 2020, my background and experience have led me to this transformational stepping stone for launching a juvenile life coach program in Tennessee, Kentucky, and Alabama areas. 
Many cities are experiencing an increase in student drop-out and failure rates and student placement in alternative classroom settings. These factors may serve as a gateway for foundation for juvenile crime and incarceration. 

Blending my 20 years of experience, training, and intuition to provide parents, teens, transitional individuals, educators, and the juvenile courts with the opportunities driven by positive reinforcement for youth offenders to identify themselves in a better life.
